Once you have registered, you will get a written confirmation including detailed information on the seminar location, directions, hotel accommodations, and an invoice for the program fees. We will notify you immediately, if the program is booked. On completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Please note that the program curriculum, instructor and hotel are subject to modifications and amendments.

Change of Registration

If you need to change your registration, please notify us at least 6 weeks before the program starts. A change of registration entails fees of Euro 200.-. In some rare occasions, a program or parts of a program may have to be postponed or modified. We will notify you immediately to ensure that you can attend an alternative program with similar content.

Cancellation

You may cancel your registration without charge 4 months before the program starts. Between 4 months and 6 weeks before the start date you will be reimbursed 40% of the program's fees. For cancellations within 6 weeks of the program start date, the full program fees will be charged. You can name a replacement any time prior to 3 days
before the program start date.

Program Fees

Program fees for our seminars include the instructor's fee and educational materials associated with the program. Accommodation and meals are not included. If you attend only parts of a program, missed parts may not be made up. The program fees for our master's and diploma programs include all the required courses, seminars and seminar documentation. Not included are accommodation, meals and the final examination fee of Euro 470.-. Payment is accepted in either Euros or Swiss Franks.

Accommodation and Meals

Our programs are held in high-quality hotels and seminar centers. Participants who stay at the seminar hotel enjoy a special rate negotiated by Boston Business School. If you choose not to stay at the designated seminar hotel, you will incur an additional daily service fee covering food and beverages. Seminar participants make their own reservations based on instructions provided by Boston Business School. The participants pay their hotel bills at the hotel check-out on the final day of the seminar.

Participants Obligations

Every participant in our programs is under the obligation to submit himself/herself to entry requirements (passport, visa, etc.) and local regulations (health requirements, etc.). Boston Business School's programs take place only in locations with easy access and efficient entry processes. Due to the international nature of some of our programs and our international customer base, it is the participant's obligation to ensure that he/she meets the host's countries entry requirements. If a participant cannot take part because of a lack of valid travel documents or for any similar causes, he/she will not be eligible for any refunds except as described under "cancellation".

Insurance, Disclaimer

Boston Business School does not offer insurance to participants. Therefore, participants must carry their own insurance policies to protect them for damages resulting from accidents, disease, theft, and so on. Boston Business School cannot be held accountable for such damages. We recommend that participants privately obtain cancellation insurance to avoid suffering monetary losses in case they cannot participate in a program because of health or any other reason. All previous specifications and prices are null and void.
