His research and consulting area is the management of large systems change, focusing on intra- and intercultural process design. He received his doctoral degree with distinction from University of St. Gallen/Switzerland and has worked at Harvard University as Case Trainer at its Division of Continuous Education. |

| Patrick K. Magyar, Lic. oec. publ., is the chairman of the Boston Marketing Management Institute and one of the leading authorities in marketing. Magyar set up FIFA Marketing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FIFA, and acted as its chief executive officer. Today, in addition to his chairmanship at Boston Business School and numerous consulting activities, Magyar is President of the Swiss Athletics Federation. |

| Ulrich Grothe is the chairman of the Boston Strategy Institute. After receiving his degree in business administration from the University of Stuttgart/Germany, Grothe worked as a Senior Consultant at a major US consultancy and as the head of the Strategy Department of an international holding company. His areas of focus are strategic management and strategy audits, the development of new business concepts and change management. |

| Dr. Andreas Bürgin, chairman of Boston Business School's Institute of Technology-Management and member of its management board, is an renown expert in integrated management, new business development and innovation and technology-management. He has held teaching assignments in several countries. |

| Prof. Dr. Krings, chairman of Boston Business School's Institute of Finance, is Professor of Finance at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Baden and Zurich. He is author of numerous publications in the field of finance and controlling. Past work experiences include M&A lead advisory, due diligence/business review, strategic finance and value-based management. |
